Hey guys,
my phone (galaxy s2 tmobile, android 4.1.2) recently started displaying a block of information about itself on the upper left corner of the homescreen.
And since I'm a new member and cannot post a screenshot, I'll just describe it.
Like I said, it's on the upper left hand side of screen and it covers approximately 1/4 of the total screen size.
It says...

So can anyone tell me why this popped up and maybe how I can get it off my screen. I tried a soft reset (battery out and pressed the power button) and that didn't work.
Any help would be gladly appreciated.
