Help ODIN mode - how to simply get out of this please ?

For the first time since I bought my 10.1 about 15 months ago I had left it for a few days before I recharged again. I switched on this morning and the samsung logo just hanged I waited 15 mins before I decided to hold down the power button, then the logo would flash on and off every 5 secs or so

Had no idea what to do so read about odin mode which I am now in

What do I do exactly now ? Have I lost all apps etc ? Fortunately my photos and videos are all on the SD card which is ok

Is it brick or what ? I so hope not
