People are saying 599, don't know if it is true or not. But this apparently came from Verizon's twitter, so it should be true.

does anybody know that if I buy the phone off contract and they have to change my plan to a 4g plan per the phone will I be put into the group that gets throttled if I'm in the top 5%? This is a major concern for me because I do use alot of data since I'm on the road and away from wi-fi for my work 5days out of the week.

I'm wanting to upgrade my phone but don't want to do a contract and have the chance of being throttled. If I have to I will wait for a new 3G phone to come out but would like a new phone asap.
