Is there any way to save files edited in Office mobile directly to internal sd card?

Not directly but if you click on the email button and have Google Drive installed then you will be presented with the option to upload it to Google Drive.

It downloads the file first before uploading to Google Drive but I haven't tried to find it on the internal SD card yet.
