On my HTC DHD the official Twitter app is always force closing since the last update was sent out a few weeks ago.

I'm not rooted and using the standard HTC build of Android 2.2.

Is this just a symptom of my DHD or Twitter or are others having the dame problem?

    Thanks

I am having this problem on my Incredible also, started a few weeks ago and has persisted through various ROM changes. I am currently back on stock, I thought that would fix it but nothing has changed. It's been very frustrating since it seems no one else is having this issue.

The one interesting thing I've noticed is that it only FC's after I've logged in, if I'm anonymously browsing public tweets it never crashes. It must have something to do with the way it's interacting with my account.

I am using HTC Glacier (Mytouch4G) and wondered if it was just the app with problems or my device. I am rooted so possibly the rom but I was more hoping it was app related. So if others having this issue too...I am not going to use their app...there are several others out there which support twitter api natively. Seesmic, Tweetcaster, Plume, Twidroid, to name a few.
