I love it, the interface is simple but really polished. It does everything I need it to do, but I use twitter pretty lightly.
I wish facebook would get into gear and release a more polished app. Coming from the iPhone it definitely feels watered down and "freeware". Launching to the web browser for a lot of features is bleh.
Liking the new twitter app. Quick question for anyone who also uses Google Voice. When you click to share - is there anyway to add google voice to that list?
Pretty major problem... it only allows up to 15 characters in DMs!?! Surprised no-one else has reported this. Tried a restart but to no effect. I'm on HTC desire with latest firmware.

Anyone having trouble getting it to auto sync tweets? I'm using a desire, when I set it to sync and give it a sync interval it won't save the settings. I enter them, press back then menu > settings and they are back with sync tweets unchecked.
Yes I realise this doesn't seem to be a problem for others, which is what makes it so weird. I've opened a support ticket for it.
In the meantime though I'd be interested to hear if anyone else encounters this, or if anyone has any ideas as to why it might be happening.
UPDATE: Doh I've just realised there is no bug and I've been a complete idiot! I was trying to enter text in the name field directly after the name!!! <hangs head in shame>
Most tech sites are reporting that you need Android 2.1 to run this app - this is not true, I have a Motorola Milestone here in the UK running 2.0.1 (still - yeah thanks Motorola) but I could download and use the official Twitter app perfectly.
