    I'm charging up first or does that really not need to be done? I also read Swype doesn't work? I may have to wait a while. I can't live without my Swype. LOL

    Internal memory has shrunk from 164 remaining to now showing 81. WOW that sucks. This is my situation. Others will vary depending on what they had before the update and after

    When I try to to apply "update.zip" I get E:failed to open sdcard/update.zip (no such file or directory)
    E:Signature Verfication failed.

    What I do wrong?

    Its like a .digit off and everything works....:p A

    App sharing, flashlight, all that nonsense is there.

    I got an "E: cant open /cache/recovery/command"

    But its still doing something, and now just rebooting after it told me too.

    I got the file, renamed it to update.zip. Now how do I get the phone in recovery mode to run the update?

    I'm stuck at the triangle with exclamation point. Pushed power and up volume button at the same time a few times, nothing.

    I had tried that. Even 3rd party apps that access the camera will not work.

    Success! So far I've only had to reinstall Swype. Everything sort of looks the same, may have the placebo "snappier" effect going on, but things do seem a little faster (for example, the apps list opens instantly). 3G font is different, and the new Android in the call screen made me chuckle.
