Offline Expense Apps?

I'm looking for an app that will allow me to track expenses without having a connection. I've tried apps like expensify, but there are times, whether I'm in a foreign country without data roaming or if I'm in a place without connection.

I can't seem to find anything like that. Any recs?

I had some pretty exacting requirements for an expense app and none of them met my requirements until Hello Expense evolved into exactly what I needed. Most importantly, the first emphasis is on simplicity of entering the data, so that you can, for instance, enter a toll expense with one hand as you drive away from the toll booth, etc. Also handles foreign currencies and mileage expenses nicely.

Nothing else touches Hello Expense for my needs.
