I've had my desirable Desire for 7 weeks and enjoyed every minute until last night when the speaker packed in. The earphones still worked but just the occasional crackle from the speaker.
E-mailes HTC 2.00am this morning, had a reply first thing 8.04am and was told to do a factory reset, no luck. E-mailed again and reply was to phone their returns number. Spoke to a very nice lady who took details and was told the phone will be picked up tommorrow morning, great service until I was told the turnaround is 2 weeks.
I'm already having withdrawal symptoms.
She said they'll repair it and put the latest software on it before returning it, ????
