I downloaded the OTA ROM on my rooted phone. Works fine. Just not sure what differences/improvements I am supposed to be enjoying. Only noticeable difference is that cursor positioning tool on the screen, which I feel is redundant to the trackball and actually gets in the way of the word choice menu on Swype.

The only improvement I notice is the cursor positioning tool on the screen. However, I always use the little trackball specific to the INC1, and the new tool seems redundant. Are you guys still using the trackball, and when do you switch to the on-screen tool? What other improvements specific to the INC1 are there?

Most of the GB improvements are "under the hood" so to speak, GB improves performance, reduces or eliminates several nasty bugs, etc.

Since the Dinc uses the HTC sense UI which didn't change even the visual GB changes aren't noticeable.
