Root ok so new phone.. forgotten how to do it..

from one point or another i had a replacment desire.. and decided to root it now to get back to the custom roms and get into the sense 3.0 scene..

now this is the rom im wanting to install

used this before so i know it worked fine for me..





the thing is... when reading the post for this rom im seeing stuff of differant hboot and all other new things i havent seen before... so which link do i download to have just ap2sd+ .

my memory card is still formated to the way it was before with ext3 512mb partition ... and i havent formatted since having the new phone so the partition is stil there right? meaning i dont have to whipe it clean.

comments wil be appretiated im hoping to get this on here tongiht to play with the sense 3 features

Read SUroot's rooting guide, best place to start

Before you do anything get the RUU for your phone for backup purposes

its cool i read through my past threads and did it within the hour of posting..

which is the best sense 3.0 rom out now? im looking at insert coin...

I'm using RCMix 1.2 (1.5 doesn't seem to be very quick at the moment). InsertCoin is based on this and I prefer Robocik's work, although I do change the ROM for my own taste
