Root Old Phone nandroid backup used on new replacement phone?

    What would happen if you used a nandroid backup from a damaged phone on a new replacement phone? (after root)

    I remember reading issues with someone else trying something similar... (a nandroid from a friends incredible to his incredible) You might want to research it a bit more.

    You can make a backup first of your fresh root and then try it. If you get a boot loop then just recover to your fresh install.
