I had a problem with pdanet causing my phone not to connect to the computer for data transfer. I used it once then had to erase the pdanet from my computer and the phone also had to do a hard reset on the phone just to be able to transfer data to the phone.

i installed pdanet and had an active tethered internet connection within 10 minutes (no exaggeration) on windows xp. very simple...

a single license is only $18.95 right now, too.

I'm running the latest version of PDANet from the Android Market on my Incredible and my 64-bit Windows 7 laptop and it is working. It's the free version too. :)

Can anyone point me in the right direction to where I can download the Drivers for XP to recognize my Incredible? I can't get past the part where it says I must complete the driver install when trying to install the desktop software?
