Help On-Screen Phone program for LG Motion

Is anyone familiar with the "On-Screen Phone" program mentioned in the "Connectivity" area of the phone settings menu? If you tap the help tag below the "On-Screen" tag, it mentions something called "On-Screen Phone 2.1" thats supposed to allow you to control the workings of your phone through a PC and appears to be separate from the general ability of the phone that allows you to download picture and music files. It refers you to the LG website where you're supposed to be able to download it. But when I go there and do a search on their site, nothing comes up. If I do a general search on google, a lot of third party download sites are listed purporting to download the program. I'm hesitant to download from these sites when the LG site doesn't offer a download for its own program, and I'm not sure what the program does anyway. Any thoughts? Thanks, DLG
