Help One side audio on Nexus 4

I just started using my Nexus 4 today and after a few hours i couldnt hear anything on a call. People can hear me but i cant hear anything. If i use headphones or put the call on speaker everything works fine. If i dont use either, i cant hear anything.

I tried a factory reset but did not work. Thought the phone somehow went in headset mode and tried inserting and removing headphones multiple times but the problem remains. I am in Singapore and Nexus 4 isnt available here yet. Got the phone from ebay. Now i really dont know what to do. Please help!

First off welcome to the forums

If a factory reset didn't work you might just have a hardware issue, meaning you should immediately return the device to the seller on eBay and get your money back.

Thanks for the reply. Now i am stuck. Hope the seller agrees to refund the money back.
