Z Fold 4 is reportedly having issues with the 5.1 update:

I have been on the latest One UI 5.1 release for 6 days and not had any issues. So far, my battery life has improved and my GPS location is quicker and more accurate.

I took the sensible precaution that I do after all major updates and that I recommend in post #1, of wiping the cache partition, repairing apps and using Galaxy App Booster after upgrading.

One UI 5.1 CWAC is downloading right now! Awesome! I think I'm most excited about Bixby text call!

UPDATE:

Okay, Bixby text call is cool. I set it up and had the Darling Bride call me. It was pretty accurate in transcribing her voice in almost real time. My ONLY complaint so far is that while I can edit the quick responses, I apparently can't edit what Bixby says when she first answers the call. Hopefully, that will change.
