Onedrive files stuck in internal memory

I'm trying to delete these files due to the "Dangerously low on space" message on my Galaxy Tab A (2016)

but when I try to delete them either by selecting all or individually I get the message "Failed to delete". I've deleted the duplicates in Onedrive using my laptop but they are still stuck in my tablet. Can anyone help please?

wipe data from onedrive app in your phone's settings. it will delete everything else as well so keep that in mind.
