Help OnePlus 3 Battery Issue

Has anyone experienced battery issues with OnePlus3 device. What is a good remedy for reducing battery issues. My OnePlus 3 heats up while using my device on charge. Is it not suggested to use the device while it is on charge ?

If you can't detect which apps are causing the battery drain then I would suggest doing a clean factory reset and wiping phone completely. Whenever I've had major battery issues this has always resolved it.

Make sure you have all your data/pictures/etc... backed up before you do it though....
