Help Oneplus one stuck running oxygen OS

Hi all, recently I installed oxygen OS and at first it was working fine. But when I started to experience problems I decided to change.
At the time I flashed this Rom into my phone I used twrp, and was unlocked and rooted. Now I cannot access any files, download anything, unlock OEM, reinstall twrp or root no matter what I try.
I've tried oneplus one toolkit, bacon tool kit, nexus toolkit, adb etc. I don't know what else I can do. Please help! Many thanks, Dan

So are you stuck with the stock recovery? Can't you flash stock cm12s using that? That's what I did (using the stock cm recovery)

I'd suggest that you forgo the toolkits and flash the factory ROM with this method:

I'm experiencing an issue with cm12 not loading

I get the prompt to type pin code (since phone is encrypted) however thereafter it hangs on 'cyanogen'

Should i take out storage card (emcc 5.0) and recover my data before wiping?
