Online payment problems

    I'm trying to pay my bill and can't. When I call they refer to before or after 25Jan14 with 2 800#'s. What's up?

    When Metro redid their website last week it affected their payment system as well.
    I know the online bill pay is working, I just used it a couple of days ago post-update.

    I just finished paying through the 611 and when I described the issue they waived the $3 fee for phone payments.

    Ditto.

    When they changed their website sign on to make everyone's ID your phone number, it erased Everyone's saved passwords. That was At Least One of the torpedoes that sunk them on-line. Metro "JM" told me this morning on Faceplant that they put some fixes in last night.

    I did get my password reset text finally after 2 days waiting. I am back into my account and will be trying to GSM upgrade here in a bit. (Major finger crossing and bead mumbling engaged!)
