Help "Open Home Screen Workspace Edit"

I don't think I have Light Flow installed. However, I always get this annoying Voice Feedback whenever I pinch the home screen to reveal the different windows on my main screen.

My phone says, "Open home screen work space edit,"
Workspace 1 of 4...Workspace 2 of 4...etc.

Please help me turn off this annoying voice!

Lightflow isn't the only thing that triggered that for me. If I had anyrhing enabled in Accessibility Settings I would get the voice feedback for screens and folders.
