I hope someone can help me with this one. I have a customer who got a Motorola Droid. When he opens a contact (say Larry Smith) the phone displays data for a totally different contact (John Jones). I can't duplicate this on my own Droid so I am at a loss. He is syncing his contacts with Exchange 2007. Exchange is healthy and Blackberry users also sync with Exchange via a BES server without any problems. Is there any way to re-index contacts? I will be on site tomorrow morning and will likely try deleting the Exchange account and adding it back in to see if that resolves the issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
