Opening mms on 4g mini

I have a samsubg galaxy 4g mini on testra but can't open mms

One of two problems. Either your APN is set wrong for your carrier (MMS is just a link in a text to a file on your carrier's MMS server - you need the address, port, etc., of that server set properly - contact your carrier or bring the phone into their store and have them check the APN settings) or you don't have an app that the MMS file needs to open it. For example, if someone attaches a pdf file to a text, you need a pdf app to open the file.
