I'm not stock but mine is attached. My wife has her phone as stock and it's at 71% after the same amount of uptime and less use. Is your phone completely up to date?

I am on a modified version of SlimKat that utilizes Sabermod and JustArchi's v3. I have a link to it in the Roms thread of the All Things Root forum for our phone.
If you are on 38R, your battery life should be great. I'd recommend rebooting into recovery and wiping the cache partition to see if that helps. If not, the problem is probably an app you are running.
Go to Settings>Privacy>Privacy Guard>Settings>Advanced, and then tap on each app and see how many times it's used "Keep Awake" and "Wake Up". If it's something over like 10 then change it to "Deny", unless it's something you obviously need to allow to wake up your device. I found some apps were waking my device up like 500 times in an hour, which is a drain on battery. Of course, allow things like Pandora, music player, etc to keep awake or wake up so they can run with the screen off.
