Help Optimus fuel

Hi my daughter has an lg Optimus fuel straight talk phone it recently deleted the Google play services and I click on the screenthat pops up saying get google play services but it won't load anything it starts to but the closes the Web page all of her email account information is stored automatically and she has no back up is there a way I can get google play services back on the phone without doin a factory reboot
