Help Option to switch from Charging, Mass Storage, Tether

I have no problem with my PC recognizing my Epic. But if I choose charging, and then decide to sync something later on, I can't find anyway to switch to mass storage except to unplug my phone and plug it back up. The option to switch use to remain in my dock w/ my other phone. Is there a way or an app that allows me to toggle between charging, massing and tethering w/o having to unplug and re-plug my phone.
