Optonline email

Hi. I am new here. I was just wondering how to get your optonline emails to pop up into the notification bar. Thanks.

Are you forwarding it through Gmail?
Did you set it up in the stock app and the app said it made contact, et cetera?
Have you sent an email from the pc to see if the phone received it?

i just set it up in the regular email app that came standard on the phone. i sent emails from a pc to it but the emails wouldnt pop up into the notification bar. i would need to go to the standard email app to get the emails. i want them to pop up into the notification bar.

Well, I use Maildroid.
The LED blinks blue and the bar has the maildroid icon for a notification.

I haven't use the standard email app, but most apps have notification settings within the app. Double check there to see if it's set to sync/poll and/or notify.
