I am considering bringing my own no-contract Android phone, maybe a Droid X, and using it on my present Orange Israel line.
I have a Nokia 6120 phone on that line now and I can request a Net Surfing Package. What do I have to do to make sure I can use my Droid X on the Orange Israel line?
Do I just take the SIM card out of the Nokia phone and put it in the Droid X?

I'm glad I got the Samsung Galaxy S, just pop in the SIM card and off you go. So far I have mobile telephone and Wireless internet working great. I popped in my SIM card and the phone worked. Wifi was no trouble at all. Now I just need to sign up for my Orange Israel data plan.

If anyone is in Boston I recommend MegaMobile Unlocked Cell Phones, Boston MA .

The Droid X doesn't use sim cards, they are CDMA not GSM.
