Orange online app

I've had a new phone Samsung galaxy ace on a orange contract.I've using the orange online app for about a week now but on Friday my new minutes should have been available but i checked my orange online account Friday and today which is Saturday but it's not showing my new minutes,why? is there a delay? or is something wrong?
I haven't used my phone just in case

I'm orange and it can take a while for your bundles to update (both on the app and online).

They also work on the site a lot over the weekend, meaning it can take even longer for stuff to update.

You should be free to use your handset as you normally would.

No problem, if it's still not updating on Monday, give them a call. I've always found their customer service reps to be relatively helpful.
