Order and Chaos Online monthly fees?

Someone told me that O&C online for android still has monthly fees. Is this true? Or is it all free now? (After buying the game)

I want to buy this game, but I don't want to pay monthly fees. If it does have fees I'll probably buy earth and legend, or just continue with Avabel.

Thanks for the reply, but I was hoping for a 'for sure' answer. I don't want to end up wasting money on a game only to find out I have to keep paying each month.
