NBC's mobile site will let you view NBC and related content (including full episodes)...
CBS has an app called TV.com that will allow you to do the same...
I'm sure there are plenty more, but I havn't checked to hard. I'm really waiting for a Slingbox app (so I can watch my Fios TV on my phone)...
