Outgoing call - choose between voip and sim

Hi.
I have setup my Redmi Note 4 - for calling with void (standard phone app).
Incoming calls are working fine.
But I cannot use voip for outgoing calls.
There is no button or setting that I can choose between sim and voip.

Can someone tell me what I have to change?
