Outlook Contacts only show addresses in the address book and not in contacts?

I have successfully linked my outlook account to the Deisre S. The mail and calander sections work well but contacts are giving me a headache.

I have a company address book with general contatcs and then my personal contacts stored in company folders within contacts.

How do I get the Desire to search all contacts and not just my address book?
