Help Outlook pin number

I'm not sure if this goes here on not since it's not a problem but a inconvience. My company uses Microsoft outlook web access to get email and use the calender when were away from the office. The only way to get my email was to set the phone up though that and when I did that it made me put in a pin number so every time you go to use the phone you have to do the sliding action and then put in the pin number. Is there any way to get rid of the pin part so I just have to do the slide action and get in to use the phone. Thanks Scott
