OK - this is very frustrating. I have a laptop at home that I have used Outlook on for a couple of years. My hero has always sync'ed fine. I now have a new laptop through my office that also has Outlook. My Hero has all my contacts from my home PC. My Hero has all my office contacts from my office PC. My office PC calendar syncs perfectly with my Hero. My office PC has my office contacts. I want my office PC to have all my home PC contacts too. Why are they not syncing from the phone to the office PC? I have tried syncing with Bluetooth. Didn't work. I tried downloading and using the Google Apps Sync utility. I get an error message that says that "Google Apps Sync is not enabled for your email account. Please ask your domain administrator to enable it." Cant seem to get this done. Our office network is somewhat protected and this may be the root of the problem as info gets out but not in. Please provide your thoughts. Thanks.
