I have compiled the kernel for my new LG Mach and then I figured I'd try to compile the overclock module from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1665470

The kernel module loads and works but I have not found the right combination of clock speed and voltage to get a stable overclock. I had trouble with adb push so I copied krait_oc.ko and thermald.conf to a microsd card and then did the copy to /data/local.

I used NoFrills and got it to show 1.8ghz but the phone goes unstable and reboots. My guess is that thermald.conf needs to be hacked with the correct numbers to get a stable overclock.

I'm not that interested in overclocking my phone just yet so I figured someone here on androidforums might have the time to find the correct voltages to get a stable overclock. I have attached a zip file with krait_oc.ko and thermald.conf for anyone wanting to play with it.

This ^^^^ will make all our ROM dreams come true!
