Hi everybody, I just bought an Archos 5 (for just $199! :D ) to substitute my 5 years old Palm T5.

Does somebody have an idea or suggestion about how can I use the PalmOne Infrared Wireless Keyboard with the Archos 5  The CD has only the drivers for Palm OS and Pocket PC.

It's not just a matter of installing software. The Archos 5 doesn't appear to have an IR port, though I admit that I only scanned the specs page. Also, that device was built by Palm, not likely they'll support other devices.

Yes, so far it looks like the Archos 5 does not has IR (I am still waiting for its arrival by mail).

I am thinking to use An USB 2.0 to IRDA Wireless Adapter, it costs only $10 :D or it is possible to get it in ebay from Hong Kong for just $5

Maybe if I use a Palm OS or Pocket PC emulator? Does somebody knows one?
