Help Pandora installation on SGS-2

I want to have Pandora Internet Radio on my newly bought SGS-2 though it is available in Market it is blocked in India where I live. Has anybody here installed Pandora's latest version on their SGS-2 and are from countries where it has been blocked, can you pls put steps(detailed, so even a layman can understand it ) pls give examples and steps of procedure of installing Pandora on SGS-2 and not any other phone on how to get it with the latest version which is 3.1.17 (109923).

You can download the the application from your PC and send it to your phone and then just install it, I don't use this program so I don't know if there is any special configuration
