Help Pantech Discover stops working


I have had my Pantech Discover (ATT) for about a month. First couple of days, it shut itself off once or twice and would not restart until I removed and replaced the battery. After that it did not have the problem until a couple of days ago. Today it has done it three times. I am going to wear the back out, if this keeps up. Anyone else having a similar problem?


I had the same issue with my Discover. I contacted Pantech's customer support through email and they had me do a hard reset and that didn't fix the problem. They had me contact AT&T and they sent me a new phone and I haven't had a problem since. It should still be under warranty.
