General partial restore - apps only

    can anyone help, i had to do a full repair on my phone and its back to the start for me. i backed up with xrecovery and was wondering if there is a way to just restore apps. i still have all my contacts its just the apps i want to resore.

    Did you only use xRecovery to make a backup or did you also use something like Titanium Backup or the official Backup and Restore?

    Not looking good dude,I dont think you can just do the apps unless you used titanium or my back up.

    i have started to dld my apps again one by one. still having lag problems with adw ex will need to try and remember how to remove things like timescape and the rest of the crap on the phone lol

    Do your self a favor and go download Titanium back up,it will save your ass.I use to have trouble with ADW,uninstall it then re install it

    Realised last night that I had backed up with titanium pro so started to reinstall some and delete others( timescape and a few others)still having same problem with adw ex force closing, sometimes I can't even change screens or open the app drawer without it force closing. Think I'll stick with adw for now lol
