I have Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 S7275R phone and i was trying to clear the partition cache on the recovery screen but a small robot appears and it displays 'Error' and the phone restarts without clearing the cache.
I tried to install a newer firmware but the problem appears again. Does anyone have a solution?

Don't worry about it. You normally don't need to clear partition caches for the life of the device.

Has the issue only just started and you have been rooted a while? Try checking if there is an updated recovery? I thought clearing cache etc can be vital when flashing ROMs etc? They almost always suggest it.

I have been rooted off and on since Android v1.0 I never used to clear the cache partition when changing ROMs, but with ROMs and the system generally getting more complicated Ican see where doing so nay have value,
