Hi guys,

I'm a new member and I need help with transferring my photos from my cell to my PC. I used to be able to do this effortlessly via USB cable. Now for some reason I'm getting a message regarding not finding proper software. Huh? What the heck happened? Where did that go? What do I do next? HELP! thank you. patricia

What phone? Sometimes if phone/pc software gets updated the drivers need reinstalled....

I personally use dropbox to sync from phone to pc effortlessly. Upload to dropbox from phone and it is automatically downloaded to PC. Check the link in my sig
