If you're like me you don't want to dial your office VM PIN code every time, so you enter the number of pauses to match the amount of rings before the call connects, if you've timed it properly once the call connects the phone should start entering your pre-programmed PIN number from your saved phone entry. Well that works on every phone out there exxcept for these, as soon as you place the phone up to your face to listen to the call the screen goes black, once that happens the phone will not recognize the pauses or enter the pre-programmed PIN. You have to pull it away from your face so the screen displays and then wait for the PIN to enter then you can go on with your call. This is ridiculous, Google or HTC, you need to fix this issue. My Windows 6.0 phone can do this in its sleep!
