pay someone to answer fast easy questions about evo

Hi, can anyone suggest a company or business to call that can answer simple questions quickly about evo software, etc for a reasonable price. Here is point - I cant wait for 20 minutes or pay $20 to know how to for example set up my evo calander to sound alarm on date - easy and fast for someone knowledgeable but hard for me (dont have time to read how to do or wait for email answer, etc - rather pay someone $5 (of course for something easy, more for something more time consuming) for 2 minutes worth of work - any ideas? Thanks
