paying for apps with phone credit

ey,
is it possible to pay for apps with the credit of your phone? I've got about €70 credit and next month I get a new account with an other provider. So I wanna use the €70 before it gets thrown in the trash. Can i pay for apps using that €70?

I'm dutch and I have a HTC Desire Z and my provider is T-mobile

That is up to your carrier. I know some carriers now allow you to charge apps directly to your mobile account, but it's not universal.
