    Im looking for an app manager for my liquid e that will let me install apps to my phone from my pc. I tried a couple android pc suits but none of them seem to work. I need something i can use without rooting my phone. Any suggestions?

    Hmm do you mean from the Android market? If so, try http://market.android.com or AppBrain.

    If it is an APK file which is not from the market, just put the .apk onto your SD Card and use a file manager (such as ES File Explorer) and open the file. Ooorrr, you can use ADB- How To: Set Up ADB/USB Drivers for Android Devices | TheUnlockr (for both of those, make sure Unknown Sources are checked in Settings-->Applications).

    cool i'll check all that out but i was talking about a program kinda like itunes that will help me manage apps, settings and folders on the phone.

    for example programs like "Android Manager WiFi" wich connects to my phone but it wont read anything off of it other than memory useage information.
