I just got mine working, I have Windows 7 64bit, using a Cirago BTA-6210. I will say it wasn't easy! Make sure you have the latest PdaNet 2.16 on Droid and laptop. I had to unpair a few times to get it to work and then setup a dial up connection on laptop using phone number "123" (without quotes) and no userid\password.
