PdaNet problem after OTA update...

Sorry if this has already been addressed, I did a thread search. I'm able to get the computer to recognize the connection but I'm getting no interwebs connection?!? I think it may have something to do with the connection type thing. i.e. : Charge only, HTC Sync, Disk Drive. I've tried all of them with no success. Any thoughts? Thanks for any advice as I have a 12hour car drive/ride Tuesday.

Make sure that (Applications > Development > USB Debugging) is checked. The default value is unchecked.

Edit: Also, the connection type doesn't make, charge only works just as well.
