    Hey Guys ['n Gulls ]
I'm new to posting in Forums, so I'll just post my question & hope all's OK :D
    'ere goes:
Can anyone here help me please!? I locked my Pendo Pad just a few days after it arrived & can't remember the exact diagram [over the dots] I used to do it. A few minutes after I did the 'diagram' I entered the information to set up in gmail & from that moment I haven't been able to open it. I've tried EVERY imaginable combination & hundreds of variations but nothing works. It's SO frustrating because I'm paying it off over 2 years & I can't use it!! :(

I have heard of ways to get around that but can't ever remember. I would say since you just got it that you need to reset to factory settings.

Turn phone off (pull battery out if you have to)
Once off hold power button and down volume button, this should take you to what is called the hboot screen. Use the volume buttons to move up and down and power button to select. Your looking for the 'Hard reset' or 'factory default' option

Hope that helps, also try looking/posting here: Dodo Pendo Pad - Android Forums

Ok you cant take out batteries without opening device.
    there is no volume keys.
    hboot is not available
The only way to hard reset is to open device dissconnect both batteries and recconect them..
