My birthday just passed by and i got a PendoPad from my relatives, unfortunately, my PendoPad broke after about 1 month of using it. It can't charge properly and every time I plug it in, it says that I am charging it but I am not. I want to use my warranty but my relatives got the PendoPad for free from some kind of competition so I have no proof of purchase. Pls help!!
